Am Back , With an Acadmic Reserch!

Hi everyone,

It has been such a long time i did not wright anything, but i promises you all  from now own too much will be there to wright! Stay Toon

Ok now you all know what am talking about " Academic Research " !

Doing research  brings many personal gains. You become an expert in your subject and for some this is the start of a lifetime’s special interest. You also develop several generalisable skills: public speaking, scientific writing, statistics, running projects, organisation, computer literacy, evaluation of published papers and presentations at research meetings, and the knowledge to supervise or give advice to junior colleagues interested in research. All of these skills are fundamental whatever consultant job you end up doing.

Another plus is that taking an extended break from day to day clinical work allows you to stand back and look at medicine from a different perspective. Part of this comes through working with non-clinical scientists and technicians, as well as senior academic clinicians.
Finally, knowing that you have made a contribution to your area is tremendously fulfilling. And many researchers find that publishing in journals read by their peers worldwide is quite a thrill!

Career Benefits

An MD or PhD is very important, even essential, if you want to be a clinical academic. However, publications and/or an MD or PhD thesis undoubtedly help in competing for all posts, particularly in centres active in teaching and research. This is not just because you have specialised knowledge but also because completing a research degree or publishing papers demonstrates that you have multiple transferable skills, as well as no small amount of tenacity.

I Never agreed to fail.

It was Never easy to cross a river when floods crossing your way , and never hard to see yourself a a successful story after a challenging the possibilities in life.
I always wondered how can we challenge our skills and make the impossible possible, we always refer to our seniors to learn about there life experiences and what made then unique.
Empty your Cup introduce you  to its 1st  young energetic of 24 years old, working in Weatherford Oil Tools - Sultanate of Oman, As a operate Omani Nationality.

Many staff happens in my life. However, when we come and point out about one uniq storry that happened to me in 7 years ago. When l used to be a student in a high school. Since that time it was having our finals (math exams) I was studying with my friends in the same time I was teaching them because I was the guy who understood that subject very well . Every 1 went back to his home to study and to complete where they stopped; the next day is the starting of the exam. at the day the weather was really hot and I still remember it we wear middle of the summer waiting out said to get in the exam main hall we meet before getting in and I made sure that everyone is fine, ready to do his best, (tick tock tick tock) 8:00 came every is on his chair we seat 3 hours on that exam 11:00 , infect the teachers took the papers all of us went out meat discuses about how it went , somesaid difficult and  some said it was easy but what I remember that it was the most difficult exam that ever.

Thous  days we need to wait about 1.5 month for the result. The judgment day came I pass all subjects accept math i failed on it. finally, This thing until today I cannot understand how that happen even when I meet with my friends when we talk about this subject not me and not them can get the answer. How weird it is?

However, l was not lucky in my exam but l had to challenge with my future. I was a student in fire and safety engineering in year of 2005. l graduated in 2007 while at that time l was working and studying . In fact l become one of the members in society engineers and a young professional ambassador. In my life l faced a challenge and l tried to build my future the same way that l always wanted it to be. As you know Young Engineers has an ambitious development plan that seeks to ensure that there is the capacity to support it. Moreover l used my own imagination to create, design and develop an original idea for a commercially viable device or system that meets a useful need they have identified. Am very proud where am today. And l thank Allah to light my way with full of success in my future. And family and friends for their support. I would like to advice to the young engineers to never trust head hunters. These paid recruiters have a list of jobs to fill. They'll always try to steer you towards their least attractive positions since those are the hardest to fill. The rare "dream jobs" require almost no work to sell. Recruiters will lie to you about lots of things, including what contracting rate is equivalent to a given full time salary. If you do decide to work with a head hunter, make sure you tell them you want to be informed before they submit you on any job. That will help prevent misunderstandings where you apply to a company only to find out the head hunter has also submitted you. This is especially important if you ever decide to work with multiple head hunters at the same time. Being submitted by several agencies may lead to disputes about which should get paid if you want to accept the job. Companies don't like dealing with that sort of ambiguity and may decide against hiring you altogether to avoid the potential conflict.

Qoute to remember : “The only real failure in life is the failure to try.”

" If you truly seek understanding, then first, empty your cup!

A master was trying to explain something to a student. Now this student was not a brand new student, but a senior student who had learned many things. He had knowledge and experience aplenty to draw upon. But each time the master tried to explain something new to the student, the student kept trying to hold it up against his own notions of the way the world is and how it ought be, and he was unable to see the lessons in what the master was trying to teach him.

Finally, the master poured a full serving of tea into his own cup, and into the cup of the student. Then he told the student he wanted to give to him some of the tea from his own cup. He began pouring tea from his cup into the student's cup, but the student's cup was already full, and all the tea from the master's cup spilled out over the cup onto the surface below. The student said, "Master, you can't pour anything into my cup until I empty it to make room for what you are trying to give me.", and the master replied "Yes I know."
"And I can't give you any new thoughts or ideas or perspectives on life's lessons until you clear out some thoughts that are already teeming in your mind to make room for what I have to teach you.

" Then the master paused for a brief moment, meeting the student's eyes with his own knowing look and calmly but sternly said: " If you truly seek understanding, then first, empty your cup!" The student pondered for a moment with a look of absolute bewilderment. Then a look of enlightenment came over him, followed by a smile, and a look of receptiveness. The master started to explain again, and this time the student saw what the master was trying to say.
